Kelsey is a Bachelor of Business Administration North Island College Graduate. She did two student exchanges where she studied at the Warsaw School of Economics in Poland and the Kapi’olani Community College in Honolulu, Hawaii. She loves to travel and explore the world but will always find herself back home on Vancouver Island. She now manages a team of managers and associates from Black Creek to Port Hardy as Senior Manager and Team Lead of Commercial Banking for CIBC.
Kelsey’s love of the North Island is apparent through her work and volunteerism. She has been a part of Campbell River’s Ducks Unlimited Committee for over 7 years and was appointed co-chair in 2018. Kelsey is on the executive board for the Young Professionals of Campbell River and is the gala committee chair. Her passion is helping families, children, and animals get the help they need, when they need it. You will often see her fundraising or giving time and funds to the women’s shelter, angel tree, Christmas hampers, and the SPCA and other animal rescues. Kelsey has chosen to be a part of the CR Community Foundation because it’s an excellent organization that supports many of valuable Campbell River’s not for profits.
